Class will begin at Vie at 5 p.m. You’ll learn the fundamentals of preserving fruits and vegetables and participate in a hands-on canning extravaganza: jams, pickles, aigre-doux and mostarda! (Attendees can take home the items they make in class.) We’ll then sit down to enjoy a dinner showcasing preserved items, as well as beverage pairings.
