Summer school at Vie is almost back in session, and we’re heading to France this year … at least in spirit!

“Passport to the Loire Valley” Cooking and Wine Class

The Loire Valley boasts some of the most diversified food and wine, from incredible food-friendly whites to earthy Cabernet Francs from Chinon. The region stretches to the west coast of France where Muscadets are consumed with spectacular pristine shellfish. Get ready to dive into this gastronomic paradise!

Class will be led by Chef Paul Virant and will include hands-on cooking and wine-tasting, followed by a three-course family-style dinner. Classes are held at Vie and begin at 5 p.m. (Participants can arrive between 4:30 and 5 p.m.)
