The James Beard Foundation will be celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the James Beard Awards in Chicago on Monday, May 4, 2015. As host city supporters of this prestigious event, Choose Chicago and the Illinois Restaurant Association have organized “James Beard Eats Week” — a week of dining devoted to the celebration and recognition of James Beard himself.
