roasted and chilled pork loin, celery root remoulade, pomme frites, pickled tomato-caper vinaigrette

SECOND
wood-grilled scallop, roasted black trumpet mushrooms, oxtail scrapple, spicy romesco, smoked spring onions

THIRD
seared duck breast, duck confit rillettes, graham spätzle, preserved gooseberries, baby turnips, milk jam, foie gras-sherry duck jus

FOURTH
ludwig creamery feather ridge, frisee, pickled cherry vinaigrette, cracker

FIFTH
valrhona caraibe bittersweet chocolate, strawberry preserves, sparkling gelee, black pepper

Please note that our Valentine’s menu will be the only menu offered on February 13 and 14. Price does not include tax or tip.

Cancellation Policy
There is a $50 per guest cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of your reservation. A credit card is required for a reservation.
