roasted and chilled pork loin, celery root remoulade, pomme frites, pickled tomato-caper vinaigrette

wood-grilled scallop, roasted black trumpet mushrooms, oxtail scrapple, spicy romesco, smoked spring onions

seared duck breast, duck confit rillettes, graham spätzle, preserved gooseberries, baby turnips, milk jam, foie gras-sherry duck jus

ludwig creamery feather ridge, frisee, pickled cherry vinaigrette, cracker

Cancellation Policy
There is a $50 per guest cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of your reservation. A credit card is required for a reservation.
