11.2.14: Sunday Supper

Our Sunday Supper series continues! You are invited to join us on Sunday, November 2, for a three-course meal that highlights some of our favorite local autumn ingredients. Cost is $40 for adults; kids 12 and under pay their age (children’s menu follows). Reservations are available from 2:30 to 7:30 p.m. Please call 708.246.2082 or reserve via OpenTable. FIRST
local lettuces, shaved radishes, croutons, pickled asparagus
choice of: garlic and herb vinaigrette or buttermilk ranch

smoked beef chili, heirloom beans, preserved tomatoes and peppers, crème fraiche, cheddar, saltines

wood-grilled pork sausage, braised cabbage, bread dumplings, pickled ramp pork jus

sweet dumpling squash ravioli, brown butter, fried brussels sprouts, fermented carrots, sage
