For the annual culinary celebration, you can enjoy a four-course meal at Vie for the special Restaurant Week price of $44 (not including beverages, tax or gratuity). FIRST

semolina gnocchi, pork confit, smoked spring onions, cranberry mostarda

cabbage pancake, wood-grilled shrimp, sweet corn chow chow, candied ginger mayonnaise

 

SECOND

sweet onion soup, fried giardiniera and cheese curds

or

little gem lettuce, carrot, radish, pickled asparagus, fermented turnips, cheddar cheese straws, green goddess

 

THIRD

roasted chicken ballotine, braised cranberry beans, spinach, finocchiona salami vinaigrette

wood-grilled steelhead, confit fingerling potatoes, pickled baby summer squashes, dill crème fraiche

 

FOURTH

apple bread pudding, cider reduction, roasted white chocolate gelato
